We just wrapped up a complete home renovation with Elevate² Builders, and we've been living in our new space for nearly a month now. We couldn’t be happier - not only is the finished home absolutely stunning, but it also has a naturally great flow and functionality, and we haven’t found a single thing we’d change.
Ilias and his team took the time upfront to truly understand our vision, then brought fantastic design ideas to the table that elevated the entire project, making the home feel perfectly custom-tailored to our lifestyle and everyday needs. The worksite was kept remarkably tidy from start to finish, and we were impressed by many finishing details that highlighted their professionalism and the exceptionally high standards they hold their subcontractors to.
This was a major, challenging project, with many walls moved and entire spaces repurposed. As with any big reno, we hit a few unexpected snags, but what truly set Elevate² apart was how every issue was handled quickly and professionally. Ilias and the team consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and happy with every decision along the way.

These guys are great! Very professional. My house was showing signs of a major structural issue, from someone else's work long ago. Elevate2 Builders came to my house and assessed that the problem was due to a lot of rotten wood, from water over time. They were great at communicating what needed to be done, how they were going to repair the wood in my walls and crawlspace, and when they were coming to start the reconstruction. The team that came here to do all the repairs were all professional and super nice. Even my neighbour commented to me at how tidy they were at the end of each day and how respectful they were of her property, which was pretty close. I already have plans to have them back to do more work.
